Full Day Tour from Krakow

Tour description

Join our full-day Zakopane Quad and Thermal Baths tour from Krakow, designed for small groups for a more personal and immersive experience. Discover the beauty of the Tatra Mountains, explore local traditions, and enjoy an unforgettable quad adventure - the highlight of your day!

Your journey begins with a visit to Chocholow, a UNESCO-listed wooden village known for its traditional highlander cottages. Step into a local sculptor’s hut, meet the artist, and see how the locals keep centuries-old craftsmanship alive.

Next, prepare for an adrenaline-filled quad ride through the Tatra Mountains. Follow scenic mountain trails, take in breathtaking views, and experience the thrill of exploring the region’s landscapes with an experienced guide. No prior experience is needed, a full safety briefing and equipment are included.

Along the way, stop at a traditional shepherd’s hut (bacowka) to try freshly grilled oscypek cheese, a smoky, salty delicacy made from sheep’s milk and served warm with cranberry sauce - a true taste of Zakopane.

The tour then continues to Zakopane, the winter capital of Poland. Here you’ll have some free time to unwind, explore at your own pace, and discover the town’s charm. Stroll along the lively Krupowki Street, browse local markets, or take the Gubalowka cable car for panoramic views of the Tatra peaks, the choice is yours!

Finally, relax in the warm waters of Chocholowskie Thermal Baths, one of the largest thermal complexes in Poland. Unwind in mineral-rich pools while admiring the mountain scenery, before returning comfortably to Krakow with drop-off at your hotel. During busy periods, we’ll visit Goracy Potok Thermal Baths instead, for a less busy and enjoyable experience.

Please note: Quad rental is not included and must be paid in cash on site (200 Polish zloty per person on 2-seater, or 400 PLN on 1-seater). The sculptor’s hut is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
