Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know that plans can change, and we try to be as fair and flexible as possible.

Free cancellation:
Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Just contact us by email or phone.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved your spot and made arrangements.

No-shows:
If you don’t show up and haven’t let us know, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

Weather or unforeseen changes:
If we ever need to cancel a tour due to bad weather or other safety reasons, we’ll offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.
